Grant Miller Appraisals serves Chicago, the suburbs and much of Illinois. Over the years, my family’s businesses have worked with clients in Elmhurst, Villa Park, Lombard, Naperville, Aurora, Geneva, St. Charles, Winnetka, Oak Park, River Forest, Joliet, Springfield and others and just about every neighborhood in Chicago where I now live.
I’ve also worked for clients in Florida, Colorado, California, Oklahoma, Texas and Louisiana. I can also provide assistance remotely via the Internet.
Appraisal reports for insurance, legal and tax purposes are billed on an hourly basis. Fair market value appraisals also are available for a small flat fee or by the hour for larger collections (10 or more items). I’m also available on a monthly retainer basis (three month minimum). Expert witness services also are available and I have previously been deemed an expert witness for several cases in Florida and California.
